How do you provide Internet service to my home or office?
Is there a contract required?
How is your service different from DSL or Cable Modem service?
I have wireless Internet service from another provider, but it's not as fast and was a lot more expensive to get and the monthly rate is much higher. Why is that?
When can I get connected?
We have towers around Medina County that we use to beam the service to a small antenna on the outside of your home or office.
We do not require a contract for our normal pricing and products. Occasionally we will offer a promotional rate or discount and may require a contract for that special rate or discount.
It's not really very different, other than the way we deliver it to you. Once we install it at your home or business, it works exactly the same way as Roadrunner, Yahoo DSL, or other wireless providers. Oh, there is one difference; ours is faster and less expensive!

We don't know! Actually, most wireless ISP's use equipment that is less expensive and cannot handle the number of subscribers that we can, and that is the main reason. The good news is that you can switch to our service without spending any more money on equipment. A small installation charge is all it takes to get Rock Solid service!
I like to download music and games and videos. Can I do that with your service?
I have seen prices for high-speed Internet in San Antonio that are lower than what you offer. Can't you match those prices?
My satellite TV (or my satellite Internet) service goes out when it rains. Will my Internet service go down then, too?
Currently, we can provide you with service within two weeks of your order, as long as we have service available in your neighborhood. If we don't, we can let you know when we intend to get your neighborhood Rock Solid.
Yes, as long as you don't download copyrighted music, videos, or software illegally. We do monitor the type and amount of downloading that you do, and we report all copyright infringement to the appropriate authorities. Sharing of copyrighted music and videos with others violates our terms and conditions of service.
Our prices are fairly close to what you see in the advertisements from the telephone and cable companies. One reason they have not come out to your area is that they cannot offer those prices in rural and outlying areas and still make a profit. What you should be asking is why your phone company doesn't offer DSL to you when you are paying to subsidize the cost of DSL for people in towns and cities.
I know you offer e-mail accounts to your customers at no extra charge. Do I have to use your e-mail?
I want to purchase your digital telephone service, but I don't want high-speed service. Do I have to buy your high-speed Internet service?




Nope. We do not send the service via satellite. Our service works, rain or shine, snow or fog. We do sometimes have service outages, mainly due to equipment problems or power outages from thunderstorms, but we get them resolved quickly and you can always find out the status of our network by calling our support line.
No, you can use your Yahoo, Hotmail, or Google Mail accounts with our service, or your company e-mail account if you have one. We provide our mailrsi.com e-mail addresses to any of our clients that want one, and we provide junk-mail (Spam) and virus filtering on our e-mail accounts.
We do not require that you have our high-speed Internet service to purchase our digital telephone service, but you DO have to have some sort of high-speed service, either from DSL, Charter Cable, Roadrunner, or some other cable provider. Our digital telephone service does not work with satellite services such as Wild Blue, Starband, or DirectWay. It may work with other wireless ISP's (WISP's), but we cannot guarantee it.
